The PT series consists of premium thermoplastic plates specifically formulated for the fabrication of check (test) sockets. Their crystal-clear transparency is a vital tool for prosthetists, allowing for direct visual inspection of the residual limb’s fit and pressure distribution inside the socket. With a high hardness of 80 Shore D, these plates provide the structural stability needed for trial walking sessions while maintaining excellent thermoforming properties at 160°C.

The transparent nature of the PT plate allows the technician to observe skin blanching or air gaps in real-time, ensuring a perfect anatomical match before final socket lamination.

Engineered with an 80 Shore D hardness profile, these plates resist deformation during weight-bearing tests, providing reliable feedback during the gait analysis phase.
