The MOVACRYL Flexible is a specialized flexible prosthetic lamination resin designed to provide adjustable elasticity for prosthetic and orthotic fabrications. It is specifically formulated to be mixable with MOVACRYL Hard and Carbon resins at ratios between 10% and 30%, allowing the technician to fine-tune the final hardness of the component. Curing to a Shore A hardness of 65 to 95, it is an essential material for creating flexible socket brims or areas requiring enhanced shock absorption.
Customizable Elasticity
Hybrid Mixing Capability
By integrating this flexible prosthetic lamination resin into your rigid Movacryl systems, you can achieve a custom “semi-rigid” state, perfect for distal endings or pressure-sensitive anatomical areas.
Optimal Flow Control
With a viscosity of 400 mPa.s, it maintains an excellent flow rate during infusion, ensuring that flexible reinforcements are fully saturated without creating voids in the matrix.
