The HHS Monocentric Knee Joint is an advanced hydraulic prosthetic knee meticulously engineered to provide smooth, secure, and natural movement for everyday walking. It supports users with highly reliable stance control while facilitating a fluid swing phase for comfortable gait progression. Featuring a state-of-the-art rotary hydraulic system, this prosthetic component adapts seamlessly to different walking speeds, creating a stable and confident experience. The HHS provides specialized adjustment options for optimal control. Flexion and extension resistance can be configured independently via dedicated valves conveniently located on both sides of the product, ensuring a personalized swing phase.

Engineered for superior security. The threshold sensitivity and stance phase damping resistance can be finely adjusted separately utilizing two ergonomic rings positioned on the posterior aspect of the joint.

The hydraulic knee joint can be securely locked in full extension using the integrated push-button system located on opposite sides:
