The Shuttle Lock E 76 is a basic yet highly reliable prosthetic shuttle lock designed to be built directly into the prosthetic socket. Manufactured from high-quality Delrin, it offers an exceptionally lightweight solution (only 70 gr). The unit features a hexagonal base to prevent rotation within the lamination. Since it functions purely as a locking mechanism and not a weight-bearing component, there is no weight limit for the patient.

The unique hexagonal shape of the base ensures a secure mechanical bond with the socket material, effectively preventing the lock from rotating or loosening over time.

Delrin (Polyacetal) is chosen for its high stiffness, low friction, and excellent dimensional stability. It provides a durable locking interface while keeping the prosthesis extremely light.
