The E 84 is a lightweight monocentric knee joint designed for K1-K2 users who require a high level of stability. It uniquely combines a weight-activated friction mechanism with an automatic locking feature that engages when the knee is fully extended. This dual-safety design makes it ideal for rehabilitation, while the ability to cancel the lock function ensures the knee adapts as the patient’s mobility improves.

Designed to grow with the patient. Initially, the automatic lock provides maximum security for standing. As therapy progresses, the lock can be deactivated to utilize the weight-activated friction brake for a more natural gait.

Weighing only 490g with a compact build height of 62mm, the aluminum construction reduces user fatigue while maintaining a high load capacity of 125 kg.
