These advanced liners are crafted from Medical Grade TPE Gel, a thermoplastic elastomer material tested for biocompatibility according to DIN EN ISO 10993-5/10 standards. The defining feature of this liner is its non-uniform thickness: it provides extra cushioning (6mm) at the anterior to protect the tibia, while maintaining a thinner profile (3mm) at the posterior to prevent uncomfortable bunching behind the knee during flexion.
