Tube adapters are used as components for modular lower limb prostheses. They connect the prosthetic foot to the proximal components. Adapter combinations allow for controlled angle and length adaptation in the sagittal and frontal plane as well as adjustment of inward and outward rotation
The socket aO achment blocks are bonded to the distal end of the prosthetic socket and then laminated together with it. They serve to connect the prosthetic socket to a socket adapter.
E 20 Socket AB achment blocks contains “Laminaon Dummy” in the package.
Double adapters have pyramid adjustment cores on both sides.
M8 adjustment screws are zinc-coated.
Under the certain demand, titanium versions can be converted to the Waterproof product with water discharge channels and A2 Stainless Steel set screws.
The Modular Adapter is suitable for transtibial [below-knee] and transfemoral (above-knee) prostheses. It is used to create a detachable connection between thermoplastic sockets or frames and the Modular System components.
